Teamwork plays a very important role in supporting the success of innovative programs. Nowadays, teamwork has developed as a key facilitator to achieve positive and cost-effective results in various organizational environments. A team can be defined as a group of individuals working together to achieve common goals and objectives in order to provide excellent service quality. Cooperation within a team acts as a driving force, providing energy and synergy for the individuals involved in the team. Collaboration among health professionals in the Metinaro Community Health Center plays an important role, considering the limited number of health personnel in Metinaro, as the health system is fragmented. The approach in this study is a qualitative approach, with the objective of clearly understanding teamwork and shift work in the Metinaro Community Health Center. Health personnel at the Metinaro Community Health Center always build good relationships with colleagues so that work tasks are completed well. They also provide support and share knowledge with one another. The techniques used to collect data were field observations and interviews. Through these interviews and observations, the researchers were able to explore the perspectives and experiences of the respondents through questions asked to the informants.
